Events in the UAE
Exhibitions, summits, launches and community days, photographed and filmed by one crew, with interviews on the floor and edits ready while the event is still news.
Why organisers choose Evo
Event photography and film from one crew, planned like a production.
Exhibitions, summits and launches run to a schedule nobody can pause. A stand goes up, a stage runs to the minute, and the people worth filming are in the room once. Coverage either exists by the time the doors close or it does not exist at all, and the organisers, the speakers and the sponsors all want something to publish while the event is still being talked about.
Most events book a photographer and a video crew separately, and get two teams shooting the same moment and missing two others. Evo Media Pro covers an event as one production: event photography and video from one crew, briefed once and working to a run sheet, with an interview set built on the floor and social edits cut while the event is still news.
Below: a case study from an electric vehicle summit in Abu Dhabi, how an event runs with us from brief to delivery, and the coverage to show for it.
What changes when Evo covers your event
One crew
Photography and video, briefed once, never shooting the same moment twice.
A run sheet
Stages, speakers and sponsors covered to plan, not to chance.
Interviews on the floor
A lit set beside the stands, so guests never leave the event.
Edits while it's news
Short cuts delivered while people are still talking about it.

What it adds up to
One crew, three kinds of coverage, no gaps between them.
Organisers need the sessions, exhibitors need their product and speakers need their moment. Covering all three with one crew, working to one run sheet, is what stops the side stage and the exhibitor hall getting whatever time is left at the end of the day.
Two crews, or one
Why organisers book one crew for the whole event.
The usual way to cover an event in the UAE is a photographer from one company and a video crew from another. This is what changes when one team plans and covers all of it.
The crew
The usual wayA photographer and a video crew booked separately, briefed separately.
At Evo Media ProOne crew for photography and video, briefed once, working together.
The plan
The usual wayWhoever is free films whatever is happening.
At Evo Media ProA run sheet for the camera, agreed with you before the doors open.
Interviews
The usual wayGuests pulled off the floor into a corridor with bad light.
At Evo Media ProA lit interview set built beside the stands.
Turnaround
The usual wayEverything delivered weeks later, when the event is old news.
At Evo Media ProSocial edits while the event is still being talked about, and the full edit after.
Sponsors
The usual waySponsors and exhibitors get whatever time is left.
At Evo Media ProSponsor and exhibitor coverage planned into the run sheet, with their own cuts if scoped.

At Evo Media ProEdits ready for your channels and ads, and creators posting from the event if you want them.
Before, during, after
How an event runs with us.
Event coverage is decided before the day. This is what happens before the doors open, while the event runs, and after it closes.
- 01 · Before
Planned before the doors open.
- A briefing on the sessions, speakers, sponsors and moments that matter.
- A run sheet for the camera, so nothing important is left to chance.
- Locations scouted, and camera positions framed and tested.
- Turnaround agreed: what you need the same day, and what can follow.
- 02 · On the day
Covered as it happens.
- Stage sessions and speakers photographed and filmed.
- Interviews recorded on a lit set beside the stands.
- The floor, the product and the people covered to the run sheet.
- Creators posting from the event, if the brief includes them.
- 03 · After
Delivered while it is still news.
- Short social edits, vertical and subtitled.
- The highlights film and the full photo gallery.
- Interview cuts for speakers and sponsors, where scoped.
- Masters and every file delivered, and yours to keep.
Stages and speakers
Every session, every speaker, every moment on stage.
Keynotes and panels run to the minute. Our event photography covers the speakers, the panels and the room they are speaking to, with the run sheet in hand so nobody on the programme is missed.
To the run sheet
Each session covered as planned.
Speakers and the room
The stage, and the audience reacting to it.
Line-ups and moments
The group shots organisers need at the close.
Selects, fast
Frames ready for social the same day, when it is scoped.
Our coverage
A summit hall, and a food exhibition's talks stage.
Panellists and a speaker addressing the hall at an electric vehicle summit; and on the talks stage of a food industry exhibition, a speaker at a lectern beneath a screen of green crops, a presenter beside a slide, and eight speakers lined up at the close.

Event films
Exhibitions and launches, on film.
An event film has a few seconds to show the scale of the day. We shoot for the edit: the hall, the products, the people and the moment the ribbon is cut.
Scale and detail
Wide shots of the hall, close shots of the product.
Launches and openings
The ribbon, the crowd and the first customers.

Our films
An exhibition hall, a store opening and a set-up.
Coverage of an exhibition hall, with stands, delegates and products being handled and shown to visitors; a sportswear store opening, from the ribbon cut in confetti to the shoe wall; and a camera on a fluid head framing up outside a restaurant before a location shoot.

Community and corporate days
Community programmes, documented as they happen.
For community programmes such as Emirates Foundation's, the story is the people. We document it candidly, volunteers at work rather than posed rows, so the organisation has pictures that show what the day was for.
Candid, not posed
People photographed doing, not lining up.
The purpose in frame
The work of the day, not just the faces.
Ready for reports and posts
Frames that work in an annual report and on social.

Creators at your event
Creators who bring their audience to your event.
Coverage records an event; creators make people wish they had been there. We bring creators we work with directly to launches, openings and exhibitions, posting in their own voice while it happens.

From our roster
An opening walkthrough, a stage walk-on and a podcast at an attraction.
A walkthrough of a planted glasshouse attraction before it opens, with the opening date on screen; a woman walking onto a blue-lit conference stage; and a podcast recorded among the butterflies. These are the creators' own posts, made for their own audiences, not campaigns Evo produced for a client.

Questions
Event coverage, answered.
How do I choose an event photography and video company in the UAE?
Ask whether photography and video come from one crew or two, whether they will agree a run sheet with you before the day, how they film interviews without pulling guests off the floor, and when you will have something to post. Then ask to see coverage of an event like yours. Evo Media Pro answers each of those in writing, and the coverage on this page is ours.
Can we get anything on the same day?
Same-day turnaround is scoped before the event rather than promised on the day - it changes the crew, the card handling and who edits where. Say at the briefing that you need something to post before the doors close and it is planned for.
Do you cover more than one stage at once?
Only with the crew to do it. One camera cannot be in two rooms, so the run sheet decides what is covered and what is not, and that gets agreed rather than discovered halfway through the day.
Who can use the footage afterwards?
Written into the scope before the event. Sponsors and speakers usually want their own cut, and whether that is included is a question to settle beforehand, not while they are asking for it.
Do you cover events outside Abu Dhabi?
Yes. We are based in Abu Dhabi and cover events across the UAE, Dubai, Sharjah and the northern emirates included. Crew, kit and the interview set travel to the venue.
Can you promote the event as well as cover it?
Yes. The same team can bring creators to post from the event, cut social edits for your channels and your sponsors', and run them as ads. It is planned with the coverage, on the same run sheet.
What does event coverage cost?
It depends on the hours, the size of the crew, the number of stages and the deliverables and turnaround you need. Every event gets a written coverage plan with a fixed fee before the day, so nothing is added once the doors open.
Next step
Book the crew before the run sheet is final.
Tell us the date, the venue and what you need to publish. We will come back with a coverage plan, the crew and a fixed fee.
