Evo Media Pro is a creative production and marketing business based in Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It is operated by EVO MEDIA PRO PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES ESTABLISHMENT, Abu Dhabi Economic Licence No. CN-4592947.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us, for example when you send an enquiry, request a quotation, book our studio or services, leave a comment, or work with us. This can include your name, phone number, email address, the details of your project, booking or event, and anything else you choose to tell us.

Information from our services, such as the photos, videos and files we create or handle while working on your project.

Information collected automatically when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 5).

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

• respond to enquiries and prepare quotations;
• arrange and deliver bookings and services;
• communicate with you about your project;
• send you information about our promotions and offers (see section 4);
• run, improve and measure our website and our advertising;
• review and publish comments you submit;
• protect our website from misuse;
• meet our legal and contractual obligations.

4. Marketing

We may contact you about our promotions and offers. You can ask us to stop at any time by contacting us at business@evomediapro.ae, and we will then stop sending you marketing.

5. Cookies, analytics and advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. They help us understand how the website is used and measure and improve our advertising.

Our website may also remember the contact details you enter in a form on your own device, so you don't have to type them again next time. You can clear them using the "Not you? Clear them" link on the form, or by clearing your browser data.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the website may not work as intended if you do.

6. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information.

Your information is accessed only by authorised members of the Evo Media Pro team. We also use trusted service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, customer relationship management, analytics and advertising services. These providers handle information only as needed to provide their services.

Advertising with Meta. Where we consider that our ads may be relevant to you, we may share your contact details with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) so we can show you relevant advertising. Meta uses this information to match it to its users. If you do not want your details used this way, contact us and we will stop.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

Some of our service providers may store or process information outside the United Arab Emirates.

7. How long we keep information

We generally keep personal information for up to one year after our last contact with you. We may keep it longer where it is needed for an ongoing project, or for legal, accounting or contractual reasons.

8. Photos, videos and comments

We publish photos and videos of our work where we have permission to do so. If you appear in our content and have a concern, please contact us.

Comments on our articles are reviewed by our team before they appear. Only your name and comment are published, never your email address.

9. Children

Our website and services are not aimed at children. Where we photograph or film minors, we do so with the permission of a parent or guardian.

10. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11. Your rights

Depending on the applicable law, you may have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct it;
• ask us to delete it;
• object to or restrict how we use it, including for marketing and advertising;
• withdraw any consent you have given.
