Filipino community marketing · UAE
Speak to the UAE's Filipino community as one of their own.
Around 650,000 Filipinos call the UAE home, and they buy from brands they trust. Our founder is half Filipino, speaks Tagalog, and the community has followed him for years. We introduce your brand the way a friend would: in their language, through faces they already know.

Why this community
The customers most UAE brands walk straight past.
If your marketing speaks only English and Arabic, it is missing one of the largest, most loyal and most connected communities in the country. Four reasons to stop missing it.
650K
01A city inside the country
The Philippine Ambassador put the UAE's Filipino population at around 650,000 in 2023. They live, work and shop in every emirate, and they are not a niche.

02They pay for brands they believe in
In a survey of 2,612 Filipinos across the UAE, nearly eight in ten said they will pay a higher price for well-known brands they aspire to. Gadgets came first, then dining out, fashion and cars.

03They live on social media
People in the Philippines spend nearly five hours a day on social media, the second-highest of any country, with Facebook and TikTok out in front. The same feeds follow them to the UAE.

04They spend here, and send home
Filipinos in the UAE sent US$1.64 billion home in 2025. Every pay day, the same customer is buying for a table here and a family there.

Word of mouth
And word travels.
This is a close community. A recommendation from one of their own reaches the group chat, the church group and the family back home before an ad has finished loading. That is the room we can walk your brand into.
Who it is for
If they buy it, we can help you reach them.
Some brands count Filipinos as part of their audience. Some build the whole business around them. Both work, and these are the businesses we hear from most.
Restaurants & cafés
Group dinners, comfort food and the day-off treat.
Money transfer & exchange
Every pay day, money moves home.
Phones, gadgets & telecoms
Top of the list of what they will pay more for.
Retail & fashion
Weekend shopping, branded and planned.
Cargo & balikbayan boxes
Gifts for home, packed all year round.
Property & finance
A home here, and a house being built back home.
Beauty, salons & clinics
Self-care, booked for the day off.
Travel & airlines
Flights home, and holidays with family.
Events & entertainment
Concerts, fiestas and community nights.
Education & training
Courses for the next step in a career.
Selling something else? If the community buys it, sends it home or queues for it on a day off, it is worth a conversation.

Why Evo Media Pro
Not an agency that studied the community. Part of it.
Evo Media Pro was founded in Abu Dhabi by Fahed Teaib Albaloushi, known to millions online as Emaratino Traveler. His father is Emirati. His mother is Filipina, from Dagupan City in Pangasinan.
He learned Tagalog the way many Filipinos abroad keep it alive: through karaoke and The Filipino Channel. He greets his elders with “mano po”, and his favourite dish is pigar-pigar from his mother's province.
So when we make something for this community, nobody has to explain the joke, translate the script or guess what will land. We already know, because it is ours too.

When it mattered
When the floods came, we went.
When floods hit communities in the Philippines, the team went in person: a van of bread, eggs and clean water, handed out street by street, in the rain.
We do not show this as a campaign. We show it because it is the relationship your brand walks into. When we speak to this community, it answers, because it knows we turn up.
The van, street by street Eggs and bread, family by family Water, handed out in the rain Where the water came in The queue at the van Bread for every house Packing it up, together From the van to the door
On the ground
We go there. We learn the dances. We eat the food.
The crew travels to the Philippines, films with the people who live there, and brings back content the community recognises as its own.

What the community watches
Content they already watch, share and quote.
Comedy about Filipino habits, Tagalog songs sung live, a car singalong, a street-food review. This is the voice your brand borrows when you work with us.

The difference
Reaching Filipinos: the usual way, and ours.
Most brands try. Most of it lands flat, for reasons that are easy to fix once someone on the inside points them out.
Language
How most brands do it: English copy, translated into Tagalog at the end, if at all.
With Evo Media Pro: Scripts written in Tagalog, Taglish or English by people who speak them at home.
The face
How most brands do it: A model the community has never seen before.
With Evo Media Pro: Creators the community already follows, led by an Emirati-Filipino it calls one of its own.
Culture
How most brands do it: Clichés about Filipinos, written by people who are not.
With Evo Media Pro: Humour, food and references that land, because we live them.
Where it runs
How most brands do it: Wherever the brand already posts.
With Evo Media Pro: Facebook, TikTok and LIVE, where the community spends its evenings and days off.
Reach
How most brands do it: The UAE only.
With Evo Media Pro: The UAE and the Philippines in one activation, because the audience lives in both.
Proof
How most brands do it: A screenshot of likes.
With Evo Media Pro: Enquiries and bookings tracked back to the campaign, by language and platform.

Questions
What business owners ask us first.
We are not a Filipino business. Is this still for us?
Yes, and most of the brands it suits are not. A café, a phone shop, an exchange house or a clinic does not need to be Filipino to win Filipino customers. It needs to be introduced properly, in their language, by someone they trust.
Do you produce in Tagalog, or translate into it?
Produce in it. Scripts are written in the language they will be spoken in, Tagalog, Taglish or English, with English and Arabic versions built alongside rather than dubbed over afterwards.
Does this only reach Filipinos in the UAE?
No, and that is often the point. The creator audience splits between the Philippines and the UAE, so one campaign reaches customers here and their families back home. The exact split is printed on this page with its source.
Can we focus only on the Filipino community?
Yes. Some of the businesses we speak to build their whole customer base around this community, and the plan is then built around it too: the creators, the platforms, the dates on the calendar and the language of every post.
What does it cost?
It depends on the creators, the formats and how long the campaign runs. You get a written scope with the fee before anything is filmed, so you know exactly what you are paying for and what you get back.
Can you show results from a campaign to this audience?
Results from the campaigns we run go on the site as case studies when a client agrees to share them, with their numbers attributed. What we can show today is the audience itself, with its source and period beside every figure, and the community's own press.
