Tracking & analytics in Abu Dhabi & the UAE
Marketing analytics for UAE businesses: GA4 and Google Tag Manager set up properly, Meta and Google conversion tracking, social media reporting, and reports that show which marketing produced the enquiry.
Marketing analytics in Abu Dhabi
See exactly what your marketing is doing.
Most businesses have analytics installed. Far fewer have analytics they can trust. Tags fire twice, WhatsApp enquiries go uncounted, paid traffic is reported as Direct, and the monthly report is full of numbers nobody can connect to a sale. Evo Media Pro's marketing analytics work fixes that at the source: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Meta and Google conversion tracking, set up, tested and documented.
Then we make the data useful. Marketing analytics is only worth paying for if it changes a decision: which channel gets the next dirham, which post to repeat, which market is growing and which audience the next campaign should reach. Every report we deliver names its source and period, and says plainly what the numbers can and cannot prove.

Google Analytics 4
GA4 set up around the business, not left on defaults.
A default install counts page views. Marketing analytics starts when the property is configured around how you sell: which actions count as a lead, which events feed the ad platforms, and which reports your team actually opens.
Property and data streams
Web and app streams, internal traffic filtered out, and retention and Google Signals chosen deliberately.
Key events that mean enquiries
Form submissions, calls, WhatsApp clicks and bookings marked as key events, so GA4 reports leads, not just visits.
Google Tag Manager
Every tag in one container, named, versioned and tested in preview before it goes live.
Consent built in
Cookie banner and consent settings configured, so measurement respects each visitor's choice.
The evidence
One week of a website, measured to the event.
The Google Analytics 4 home we work from for Prime Estate Solutions Group, the property website on our websites page. Over the last 7 days, 15 to 21 May, it recorded 21k active users, 20k key events and 289k events in total, each compared with the week before. The realtime panel beside it showed 54 people on the site in the last 30 minutes, broken down by country. This is the marketing analytics view that tells you, on any given morning, whether the site and the campaigns behind it are working.

Channels and markets
Every visit traced to the channel and the market it came from.
Good marketing analytics starts with knowing where visitors come from. We tag every campaign the same way, recover the traffic that falls into Direct or Unassigned, and break results down by country, because a UAE business often sells to more than one market.
One UTM naming scheme
Every ad, email, post and QR code tagged the same way, so each campaign can be followed in GA4.
Channel groups that make sense
Paid search, organic search, social, referral and cross-network traffic kept apart, with custom groups where the defaults blur them.
Direct and Unassigned investigated
Untagged paid and social traffic often hides here; we find it and fix the tagging behind it.
Country and market views
Results split by country, so your marketing analytics shows which markets are growing and where to spend next.
The evidence
Seven channels and seven markets, on one screen.
The same property's GA4 overview for the last 7 days. Sessions by channel show Direct at 15k, Organic Search at 5.2k (up 4.1%) and Paid Search at 780 (up 28.1%). Active users by country are led by the United Arab Emirates at 2.4k (up 12.5%), followed by South Africa, China, Singapore, India, Nigeria and Ghana. Read together, the two panels show which channels are growing and which markets are responding, which is where every budget conversation should start.

Audience insight
Know who you are actually reaching.
Your followers are not always your buyers. Our marketing analytics compares the audience the platforms report with the customers you actually close, then adjust targeting and content so the two move closer together.
Age and gender, measured
Who follows, watches and engages, read from Meta and GA4 rather than assumed.
Audience against buyer
Compared with the customers you actually sell to, so the gaps are visible.
Targeting from the data
Ad audiences and content plans adjusted towards the people most likely to buy.
Trends, not snapshots
Follower and audience changes tracked month by month.
The evidence
3,351 followers, and exactly who they are.
The audience view for a Facebook page we manage: 3,351 followers, 77.4% men and 22.6% women, with 25 to 34 year-olds the largest group by a clear margin. In marketing analytics, numbers like these decide who the next campaign is aimed at, and show whether the content is reaching the buyer the business wants or simply the people easiest to reach.

Reporting
Reports that end in a decision.
A marketing analytics report is only useful if someone acts on it. Ours are short, read the trend rather than the single day, and finish with what we recommend changing next.
Trends over time
Four weeks or more, day by day, so a single spike is not mistaken for a result.
Source and period on every figure
Nothing in a report without the account, the dates and what it measures.
A recommendation, every time
What to keep, what to stop and what to test next, in plain language.
A cadence that fits
Weekly or monthly, agreed at the start and matched to how fast your campaigns move.
The evidence
Four weeks of sessions, channel by channel.
A Google Analytics 4 traffic acquisition report for 24 April to 21 May 2024, plotting sessions day by day for Direct, Organic Search, Unassigned, Cross-network and Paid Search beside a ranked bar chart of the same channels. This is the view a monthly marketing analytics review is built on: whether each channel is rising, steady or falling, before anyone argues about a single day.

Connected to the campaigns
Marketing analytics from the team that runs the ads and builds the site.
Marketing analytics works best when the people reading the numbers can also act on them. At Evo Media Pro the same team plans the campaigns, builds the landing pages and makes the content, so a finding in Monday's report becomes a change to the ads, the page or the next shoot that same week.

Questions
Marketing analytics, answered.
What is marketing analytics?
Measuring what your marketing actually does (visits, enquiries, sales, reach and audience) accurately enough to decide where to spend next. At Evo Media Pro it covers Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta and Google conversion tracking, social media reporting and the reports that tie them together.
We already have Google Analytics. Why would we need you?
Because installed is not the same as correct, and marketing analytics built on wrong data leads to wrong decisions. An audit usually finds something: forms counted twice, WhatsApp clicks not counted at all, paid traffic reported as Direct, or key events that do not match what the business calls a lead.
Can you track WhatsApp and phone enquiries?
Yes. Clicks on WhatsApp and call buttons are tracked as key events, so they appear in GA4 and in the ad platforms alongside form submissions.
Do you set up the Meta Pixel and Conversions API?
Yes. Website actions are sent to Meta and Google, so their campaigns can optimise for enquiries rather than clicks. See performance marketing for the campaigns themselves.
Who owns the accounts and the data?
You do. Analytics, Tag Manager and ad accounts are set up under your ownership, with Evo's access agreed with you in writing.
How often will we get reports?
Marketing analytics reports come weekly or monthly, agreed at the start and matched to how fast your campaigns move. Every report ends with what we recommend doing next.
What does the tracking audit cover?
What is installed, what is firing, what is double-counting, and which enquiries are arriving without being recorded anywhere.
Will you install tracking on our site without asking?
No. Anything that collects data is agreed with you first, including which platforms it reports to.

Social media analytics
Organic and paid results, kept apart and explained.
Platform dashboards mix organic and paid results, and a large number on its own proves very little. Our marketing analytics for social media splits the two, follows watch time and interactions post by post, and reports what actually moved and why.
Organic versus paid
Views, reach and interactions split by source, so ad spend is never credited with organic results, or the reverse.
Post-level analysis
Which posts earned comments, shares and saves, and what those posts had in common.
Video retention
3-second views, 1-minute views and average watch time, to see where a video loses its audience.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API
Website actions reported back to Meta, so social campaigns optimise for enquiries rather than clicks.
The evidence
303,779 views, and not one of them paid for.
Meta Business Suite for a Facebook page we manage, client not named. Between 7 May and 3 June its content earned 303,779 views from 196,777 viewers, with 6.3K content interactions, and the breakdown shows every view came from organic reach and none from ads. The post panel beside it shows a single post that drew 5.1K interactions: 4.6K likes and reactions, 245 comments, 113 shares and 133 saves, with an average watch time of 25 seconds. Marketing analytics that splits organic from paid is what makes a result like this credible.
