The Evo Media Pro studio in Abu Dhabi: two director's chairs, a large softbox and a plant under magenta light

How we work · Marketing agency in Abu Dhabi

One team, from the first idea to the final figure.

Evo Media Pro is a creative and performance marketing agency in Abu Dhabi that runs the whole job in-house: the plan, production in our own studio, social media, creators, paid media, websites, and the tracking that shows what worked. This page shows exactly how.

Why brands choose Evo

The marketing agency that owns every link in the chain.

Most marketing in the UAE is bought in pieces. A creative agency writes the idea, a production house shoots it, a freelancer edits it, a media buyer runs it, a developer builds the page it points to, and nobody is left holding the number at the end. Every handover costs time, money and a little of the idea.

Evo Media Pro was built the other way round, as a full-service marketing agency. Strategy, video production, photography, design, social media, creators, paid media, websites and tracking sit in one team, with our own studio in Abu Dhabi. The people who plan your campaign are the people who make it, run it and report on it, so there is always someone accountable for the result.

What follows is how that works in practice: the chain, the six steps of every engagement, the standard we hold ourselves to, and the people who run it. Each step is shown with the work behind it.

The Evo chain

Create. Reach. Convert. Measure. One team.

Eight services, organised as one chain inside one marketing agency. Each link is run by the same team, so what is made is made to be run as ads, and everything that runs is measured.

  1. Our crew rigging a podcast set. The polo is Evo's own.

    01 / 04

    Create

Video, photography, design and animation, made in our own studio in Abu Dhabi or on location across the UAE.

  2. A creator we work with, streaming live. The post is the creator's own.

    02 / 04

    Reach

Social media content in each brand's own voice, creators we work with directly, and paid media on Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat.

  3. A property website we built for Prime Estate Solutions Group.

    03 / 04

    Convert

Websites and landing pages built to load fast on a phone and turn a visit into an enquiry.

  4. The GA4 home we work from for that website.

    04 / 04

    Measure

GA4, Tag Manager and the ad platforms' conversion signals, set up before the spend and reported against the outcome.

Five suppliers, or one team

Why one team beats a chain of suppliers.

The usual way to buy marketing in the UAE is a separate supplier for every link. This is what changes when one marketing agency owns all of them.

  • Briefs you write

The usual wayOne for the agency, one for the production house, one for the media buyer and one for the web developer.

At Evo Media ProOne brief, to one team, with one point of contact from the first call to the last report.

  • Handovers

The usual wayFiles, logins and context passed from supplier to supplier, and a little of the idea lost each time.

At Evo Media ProNone. The people who plan it shoot it, post it, advertise it and measure it.

  • When results dip

The usual wayEach supplier points at another, and the fix waits for a meeting about whose fault it was.

At Evo Media ProOne team owns the outcome, so the fix starts with us.

  • Changing course

The usual wayA new quote from every supplier the change touches.

At Evo Media ProOne conversation, and the change is scoped once, in writing.

  • Reporting

The usual waySeparate reports in separate formats, none of them tied to an enquiry.

At Evo Media ProOne report against the outcome agreed at the start, every figure with its source and period.

  • Ownership

The usual wayAccounts, raw files and tracking scattered across suppliers you may never have met.

At Evo Media ProOwnership of the work, the ad accounts, the site and the tracking written into the scope.

The process

Six steps, the same for every engagement.

Whether it is one shoot or a year of campaigns, every job at our marketing agency runs through the same six steps. At each one you know what is happening, what you will receive, and what we need from you.

  1. 01

    Discover

We start with the number you want to move.

  2. 02

    Plan

Everything written down before anything is made.

  3. 03

    Create

Made in-house, in our own studio or on location.

  4. 04

    Launch

Content, media and tracking go live together.

  5. 05

    Measure

Reported against the outcome, with a source beside every figure.

  6. 06

    Optimise

Change what the numbers say to change, then run it again.

Step 01 of 06

Discover

We start with the number you want to move.

Before anything is designed, shot or bought, we agree what the work is for: the audience, the market, and the outcome you will judge us on. Everything after this is planned backwards from that outcome.

  • Aura Paulino, Business Development Manager

    Aura Paulino

    Business Development Manager

What happens

  • A conversation about the business, the customers and what success looks like to you.
  • A look at what already exists: accounts, website, tracking and past content.
  • Honest advice on which services the goal needs, and which it does not.
  • The outcome written down, so the reporting later measures the right thing.

You receive

A written summary of the goal, the audience and the outcome we will report against.

What we need from you

The outcome you want, roughly when you need it, and the emirates or markets involved.

Step 02 of 06

Plan

Everything written down before anything is made.

The plan turns the outcome into a scope: what will be made, where it will run, in which languages, by when, who owns it and what it costs. You approve it before a camera is booked or any media is bought.

Led by

  • Aura Paulino, Business Development Manager

What happens

  • Channels chosen for the audience: Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, creators, or the website itself.
  • Deliverables listed format by format, with the platforms and languages each is for.
  • A timeline, with anything that depends on you named in it.
  • Tracking planned at the same time, so the result is measurable from the first day.

You receive

A written scope with a fixed fee, a timeline, and the ownership of every file and account spelled out.

What we need from you

Approval of the scope, and access to anything the work depends on.

Step 03 of 06

Create

Made in-house, in our own studio or on location.

Concepts and scripts are approved before production. Then the same team shoots, designs and edits: video production and photography in our Abu Dhabi studio or on location across the UAE, design and animation in-house, and creators we work with directly when the brief needs a face.

  • Production in our studio, with green screen, a white cyclorama and interview sets, or on location.
  • Frames reviewed on set, while the set is still up.
  • Edit, colour, sound, design and subtitles, cut for every platform.

You receive

What we need from you

Concept approval, the product or access the shoot needs, and someone on set if you want to approve frames as we go.

On the day

One set build, in the order it happened.

The venue from the street; the key light going up, rigged by a crew member in an Evo Media Pro polo; the set lit and still empty; a phone on a rig holding the two-shot; the presenters on microphones; and the set mid-record. Nothing here is a stock frame or a supplier's.

Step 04 of 06

Launch

Content, media and tracking go live together.

Launch is where digital marketing campaigns usually come apart: the content is ready and the ads are live, but nobody checked the page or the tracking. We launch all of it at once, the posts and the creators, the paid media, the landing page and the measurement behind them.

What happens

  • Posts scheduled to the content calendar, in the brand's own tone of voice.
  • Paid campaigns built on Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat, with creator posts amplified where they help.
  • Landing pages built to load fast on a phone and ask for one clear action.
  • Every form, call and WhatsApp click tested, so each is counted once.

You receive

Live campaigns, and access to every ad account, page and dashboard they run on.

What we need from you

Final sign-off on the content, and access to the accounts the campaign runs in.

Our work

A website built to convert, and social content in a brand's own voice.

For Prime Estate Solutions Group, a property website that opens on a search box, shows listings at a glance, and greets visitors with a chat offering four quick replies, each of them an enquiry. Below it, a restaurant's customer review set over a plated dish, and a National Day post, from the content calendars we run for clients not named here.

Step 05 of 06

Measure

Reported against the outcome, with a source beside every figure.

Reporting is read straight from the platforms the work runs on, and measured against the outcome agreed at discovery, not against whichever number looks best that month. Every figure names the system it came from and the period it covers.

Led by

  • Muluh Kevin, Performance Marketing Manager

    Performance Marketing Manager

What happens

  • GA4, Tag Manager and the ad platforms' conversion signals checked before the spend.
  • Results read from the platforms themselves, not retyped into a slide.
  • Organic and paid kept apart, so you can see what each is doing.
  • Enquiries traced to the channel that produced them.

You receive

Reports against the agreed outcome, each figure with its metric, period, source and scope.

What we need from you

What happened after the enquiry: which leads became customers, where you can share it.

Measure

The reporting itself, read from the platform.

Step 06 of 06

Optimise

Change what the numbers say to change, then run it again.

The first result is a starting point. We change what the figures say to change, whether that is the hook, the audience, the page or the budget split, and run it again, so each round starts from what the last one learned.

What happens

  • Hooks and openings tested against each other, and the budget moved to the one that holds attention.
  • Landing pages sped up and simplified where visitors drop off.
  • Search and AI answers worked on, so the business is found without paying for every click.

The Evo standard

Eight commitments, written into every engagement.

Hold any marketing agency in the UAE to these. We hold ourselves to all eight, in writing, before the work starts.

  1. 01

    One point of contact

One person who knows your account from the first call to the last report, and a written record of what was agreed at every stage.

  2. 02

    Scope and fee in writing

Deliverables, timeline, ownership and a fixed fee agreed before work begins. Changes are scoped, not absorbed silently.

  3. 03

    Approval before production

Concepts and scripts approved before a camera is booked, and frames reviewed on set while the set is still up.

  4. 04

    Revisions stated up front

One round of revisions included on delivered work. Further rounds are quoted, never slipped into the invoice.

  5. 05

    Dependencies named

Where a date depends on you, whether approvals, access, product or locations, the scope says so before work starts.

  6. 06

    You own the work

Finished files, ad accounts, the website and the tracking: ownership written into the scope, and nothing held back as leverage.

  7. 07

    Figures with sources

Every number we report names its metric, period, source and scope. If we cannot source it, we do not print it.

  8. 08

    Measured on outcomes

Reported against the outcome agreed at discovery, not against impressions, likes or whichever number looks best.

The people who run it

Named specialists, not an anonymous account team.

These are the people at our marketing agency who will run your work, with the steps each of them leads. The same faces are on the service pages and on About.

Fahed Teaib Albaloushi, founder of Evo Media Pro

Why it is built this way

A marketing agency that runs like a bank, runs its numbers.

Evo Media Pro was founded in Abu Dhabi in 2019 by Fahed Teaib Albaloushi, alongside a career in transaction banking at First Gulf Bank, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank and First Abu Dhabi Bank, where he was a Director and later an Executive Director.

Payments work teaches that a figure has to reconcile, that a scope is a document rather than a conversation, and that somebody signs their name to the outcome. Those habits are this page: the written scope, the sourced figures, and one team that answers for the result.

Questions

Working with a marketing agency, answered.

How do I choose the best marketing agency in Abu Dhabi?

Whether you are hiring a creative agency, a digital marketing agency or both, ask it to show you, not tell you, seven things. Does it make the work itself, in its own studio? Does the same team run the paid media? Does it build the pages the ads send people to? Does it set up tracking before the budget is spent? Does it name the people who will do the work? Does it put the scope, the fee and the ownership in writing? And does it report against your outcome, with a source beside every figure? Evo Media Pro does all seven as one marketing agency, and this page shows each one.

What does a digital marketing agency in the UAE cost?

It depends on what the outcome needs: the shoot days, the formats, the channels, the media budget and how long the campaign runs. What should not vary is how the price is set. Every Evo scope carries a fixed fee agreed before work begins, and changes are scoped in writing rather than added to the invoice.

How long does a project take?

Every scope carries a timeline agreed before work begins, and anything that depends on you, such as approvals, access, product or locations, is named in it. Because the studio is ours, a shoot is scheduled around your project rather than a venue's diary.

Who will we deal with day to day?

One point of contact from the first call to the last report, and the specialists named on this page for each step: production, creative, social media and creators, and performance marketing. You will know who is doing the work before it starts.

Do we own the work, the accounts and the data?

Yes, and it is written into the scope before anything starts. You receive masters and platform cuts for production work, and account access and documentation for campaigns, websites and tracking. Nothing is held back as leverage.

Can we start with one service?

Yes. You can start with a shoot, a website or a tracking audit. The whole chain is there when you want the campaign connected end to end; it is never a condition of working with us.

Can you work alongside our in-house team or another agency?

Yes. What matters is agreeing early who owns which part of the outcome, so nothing falls between the two. That agreement goes into the scope like everything else.

Do you only work in Abu Dhabi?

We are a marketing agency based in Abu Dhabi. Our studio is here, and we work across the UAE, Dubai, Sharjah and the northern emirates included. Websites, design, social media and campaigns are delivered for UAE and international clients.

Which languages do you work in?

English, Arabic, Filipino (Tagalog) and French, in production, social content and creator campaigns. Our creators include Emiratis who speak to the Filipino community in its own language.

How do you report results?

Against the outcome agreed at discovery, read from the platforms and analytics the campaign actually runs on. Every figure names its metric, the period it covers, where it came from and what it includes, as the reports on this page do.

What do you need from us to get started?

The outcome you are trying to produce, roughly when you need it, and the emirates or markets involved. That is enough for us to come back with a scope and a fixed fee.

Before you decide

Ten things to check before you hire any marketing agency.

Evo Media Pro does all ten, and every one of them is shown on this page.

  1. 01It makes the work itself, in a studio of its own.
  2. 02The same team runs the paid media.
  3. 03It builds the pages the ads send people to.
  4. 04It sets up the tracking before the budget is spent.
  5. 05It works with creators directly, and shows their figures with sources.
  6. 06It produces in the languages your customers speak.
  7. 07It names the people who will do your work.
  8. 08It puts scope, fee and ownership in writing.
  9. 09It reports against your outcome, not against likes.
  10. 10It shows real work, and names clients where they agreed.
