The Evo Media Pro studio is a photo and video studio in Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi, run by the agency's own photographers, videographers and editors. It has four standing sets, a green screen, a white cyclorama, an interview set and a coloured-light set, with a lighting kit, a turntable platform and a lounge for clients. You can hire the room for your own crew, or book Evo's team to shoot and edit. This guide shows where it is, what is inside and how to book.

If you are comparing studios, the ten checks for choosing a photo studio in Abu Dhabi are the questions to put to us, and to anyone else.

Where the studio is

The studio is at 8 Hifayif St, Al Nahyan, E19 02, Abu Dhabi. The quickest way to get directions is Evo Media Pro on Google Maps. Shoots are booked ahead, through the form or on WhatsApp, and the reply confirms the time, so you arrive to a room that is expecting you. Plan the journey around rush-hour traffic, and ask about parking when you book.

What's inside: the four sets

The sets are standing before you arrive, so there is no venue to hire and nothing to build from bare walls. Choose one, or move between them in one booking.

Green screen

A full green floor and wall, lit evenly from both sides, so the key is clean and any background can go behind it. It is the set for presenters, explainers and composites, and the keying and compositing are done by Evo's own editors. The green screen guide explains how to plan for it.

White cyclorama

A seamless white with no corner and no horizon, for product that has to look clean and portraits that have to look expensive. It is the set for product, headshots and fashion.

Interview set

Two director's chairs facing a cinema camera under magenta light: the set most interviews, conversations and talking heads need. The crew can run more than one camera at a time.

Coloured light

Red, green and magenta practicals, a ring light and a turntable platform, for content that has to stop a scroll: reels, creator content and product spins.

The lighting kit and the lounge

Softboxes, a beauty dish, a boom and tube lights, set to the brand's colours when the shoot calls for it. The lounge is in the room, so clients and families can watch the frames come in and approve while the set is still up.

How to book the studio

  1. Open the booking form, or message us on WhatsApp.
  2. Choose our team, or only the room.
  3. Say what you are shooting: a product, portraits and headshots, creator or model content, an interview or conversation, green screen video, a team, a family, or something else.
  4. Pick a date and a part of the day: morning, afternoon, evening, or flexible.
  5. Say how long, from an hour to a full day, or not sure yet, and which sets you would like.
  6. Tell us how many people are coming, from just you to more than ten.

We come back with availability and a fixed fee in writing, so nothing is added afterwards.

How a studio day runs

  1. Tell us the shoot: what it is, who is in it and when you want it, through the form or on WhatsApp.
  2. A plan and a fixed fee: the shot list, the set and the timings, written down with the fee before the day.
  3. The set is built: lit and dressed before you arrive, so the day starts with the first frame.
  4. Shoot and approve: you watch from the lounge and sign off each set while it is still standing.
  5. Edited in-house: retouching, colour and the edit by the same team, with a round of revisions included.
  6. Delivered for every platform: masters, plus the cuts each platform needs, ready to publish.
